In which I am seriously annoyed with myself

I know what I did now. I got confused between peels of lemons and I've sent off eight whole lemons with an incorrect url. I remember expecting it to be hunt_the_lemon.livejournal.com because that's the user name, but - because I'm not completely stupid I did check it before beginning the first four lemons and - it's actually hunt-the-lemon.livejournal.com which - somehow - my brain translated to hunt.the.lemon.livejournal.com when I didn't absolutely triple bloody check yet again before starting the second round. grrrrr. So my England and Australia lemons are starting off with a bit of a handicap.

I got your pictures, and they're awesome. I am frankly astonished that science fiction lovers were perplexed by the lemon. Surely they have seen odder things than a stray lemon...

Perhaps they need something odder. A recurring lemon. A lemon with tentacles. There are options to try. :-)

See, now I want to spend time I don't have constructing a little blue box for the lemon.

I'm afraid I had the traveling-lemon URL on my first two lemons (18 & 19) instead of the hunt-the-lemon URL. But the rest should be better.
