Oh come on! I am totally weirder than more than half (don't call me on rounding, I'm grumpy) the LJ community. I put lemons into play in real life! I'm trying to read all this through html so it's possible (but I think unlikely) that my indignation is unwarranted so - you know - take it all with a grain of salt and instead check out my fabulous [livejournal.com profile] holmestice gift by following the tag or visiting the community (if you haven't yet {thank you, lovely people who have!} - it is infinitely more beautiful than anything I have to say - see below for proof. :-)

So, impulsereader, your LiveJournal reveals…

You are… 7% unique (blame, for example, your interest in pirate!sherlock), 10% peculiar, 41% interesting, 31% normal and 10% herdlike (partly because you, like everyone else, enjoy writing). When it comes to friends you are normal. In terms of the way you relate to people, you are keen to please. Your writing style (based on a recent public entry) is conventional.

Your overall weirdness is: 21

(The average level of weirdness is: 28.
You are weirder than 48% of other LJers.)

In other news, I think the fancy spray glue is working, though I might consider this first run a trial and start over because one of the pretty papers is making me frown at it. I will, though, hold tonight's results in reserve since I am now the most suspicious crafter/scrapbooker on the planet - I eye glue of all kinds in a very dubious manner. :-/

Hmph:

In terms of the way you relate to people, you are keen to please. Your writing style (based on a recent public entry) is simplistic."

I am finding it very difficult to parse the maths involved here. *scratches head*

*sigh* I'm not very weird. I am interesting though and not very normal! :D

I did it again and learned that my writing was "conventional" and that I had a 29 weirdness rating..

LoLing like crazy. I'm herdlike because I enjoy writing and you're herdlike because you like slash (which I also enjoy though I don't list it) - I think each of us should be a lot more herdlike for those inclinations - they must be some of the most popular 'likes' on LJ that you can find!

At least you're considered 'interesting', that seems positive! :-)

I didn't see your gift, but probably am not looking correctly.

If I had not already declared this whateveritis obsolete - this would have done it. :-)

My primary question here is WTF does this whateveritis define as 'unique'?

I also cannot imagine anyone less herdlike *takes real exception to them making up this word* than you. But, you know, if this somehow helps advance your cunning plan - use it. :-)

That was hilarious. Apparently I'm neither unique nor peculiar - quite run of the mill, really, on the basis that I, like everyone else, like vampires. My weirdness factor is 8 and my writing style is 'intellectual'. I gather it's based that result on the Christmas story in which John and Sherlock do filthy thing to each other with candy canes. I hope so, at any rate.

If John and Sherlock had been vampires whilst they were doing filthy things to each other with candy canes - then you may have proven yourself unique.

I am astonished both by how run of the mill this whateveritis thinks my flist is and how amusing it proved itself in doing so. :-)

John/Sherlock vampire candy cane fic? I could go really dark with that one.

Go there. I will totally read it. I was going to put in a smiley but then it seemed inappropriate.

I may not have time until after Christmas, and that would be unseasonal.

221b wrote a fantastic Christmas fic (the original inspiration for this suggestion) months ago - I would submit that you are just as capable an author. ;-) Besides, right after Christmas is the time to extend the season - the tree is still up but it's not all soppy anymore. In fact - I would say this is when people are feeling most cynical. They are now paying off their credit card debt which they employed to buy things for everyone else - and didn't get any of the things they would have bought for themselves if left to spend that money on presents for themselves instead.
