The only thing I'd suggest is to shorten it a bit. With someone who's totally new to all this and probably feeling a bit confused :-) , you'll want to convey the major points and clearly as succinctly as possible.
For instance, you might want to summarize the lemon game instead of using the transcript (funny as the transcript is!).
