Books are addictive. :-) Ugh. I must launch a clean-up/dust/organize/shelve project soon.
The series is funny, and it's based on a book so I'm guessing the casual relationship between parents/sons is a carryover. It totally works for the show, it's really funny! It's just that I'm sitting on the couch thinking, 'no, just no. it's weird that parents would be OK with that.' so it's a little distracting at times.
