These did a number on me! It was all good learning though, I'm just not sure yet what, exactly, I've learned. :-) It's also the first time I've written to a deadline so I'm thinking that had something to do with it. The logistics just knocked me out because I liked writing in Word because the word count was right there, but while I was working it all out I needed things in separate files for that to work and then I was transferring everything to the google for storage - so complicated!
And the word counter situation is simply Fd up - there is no other possible way to describe getting four (possibly more! that's when I stopped!) different results for the same passage.
I might be sending a couple of PMs to interested parties once it's up anonymously...the reveal isn't until 9/22!
