My book-sized boxes say on the side, "Heavy Duty, Easy to Lift Box for Your Heaviest Items Such as Books, Tools, Canned Goods, Etc."

Leaving aside the atrocious misuse of capitalization, I repeat, "Who Moves Canned Goods?"

I feel suitably chastised now. My only defense is that I've been living on the third floor of a building with no lift for several years. My shopping strategy - while I do buy extra canned goods when they are on sale - had been focused more upon the eventual carrying up in one trip (use a basket rather than a cart or you have no hope.)

Canned goods aren't so very good for this. I can't, therefore, imagine going into my pantry (when preparing for a move) and being all businesslike about needing multiple boxes for all the canned goods.

Does the new place at least have fewer stairs? I suspect that I may need three flights of stairs for my health and to cut down on clutter. Of course once the clutter was up there....

Editing to add on that I'd love to see my love try to get our massive collection of defunct computers up three flights of stairs. But I suspect that the stairwell might suddenly acquire pulleys.

It does have fewer stairs. It is also tiny. I hope to be cozily ensconced after the weekend.
