in the course of researching a story continue to amaze me.
They've made violin strings from spider silk. Isn't that awesome? My search was completely unrelated but now I'm tempted to write these in somewhere.

Date: 2013-03-06 08:23 pm (UTC)[Oops - French slip. I've been reading about the French dubbers (en Francais "doublage") who actually do a lot of cartoons and video game voices. They look nothing like our people (Sherlock is bald and quite heavily built, their 'John' is tall, skinny, dark and quiet voiced) but their Sherlock IS a musician and sings which explains why he almost sings the word for 'Californian' when they open the taxi in Womanby Street.]
