I did it. I wrote the last line today. It really was only a line or two, I've technically been done since I powered through the Solitary Cyclist adaptation on Sunday, but I really didn't consider it done until I'd closed out the section. I'll start posting it soon, I honestly do spend more time reading what I write than I do writing it, and parts of this are still due to be read a few more times. (Only once I'm sick of reading something is it likely ready to be posted.) When I do post, it will likely be in 5 parts due to size and logical breaking up points. I still cannot properly chapter it, they just don't feel like chapters, though I am contemplating MacBeth quotes to header the sections. I feel I should inject a bit more Shakespeare into my Sherlock Shakespeare fic which so spectacularly fails to feature Shakespeare...more Shakespeare to come, I promise! Also, a new request for your input featuring Mrs Hudson which I think may intrigue you...

I can't decide whether I want that Ninja Attack scene to be an everyday John and Sherlock thing or the Post-Reichenbach Reunion.

And I have no idea whether or not Benedict Cumberbatch can do comedy, but Martin Freeman would absolutely do Larry Appleton justice. I've always thought it was the Most Brilliant Casting Move to cast a comic actor as John Watson and then have him do drama.

If you broaden your view of the Ninja Attack just slightly, I think it was probably an everyday thing going on at Baker Street, at least during Season 2. Some days, instead of a ninja there may have been a mad scientist, sure, but the end result was likely the same.

Judging from Cabin Pressure, I'd say BC is pretty adept at comedy. I can't imagine it wouldn't translate from radio to screen.
