pargoletta the other night, and (as is rather typical for me when I'm not in front of a keyboard) I completely forgot that the reason I brought it up was because in this fic Douglas is a monk who brews ale (the poems which inspired Carmina Burana were penned by Medieval monks).
And so, I am taking this moment to recommend these two stellar Cabin Pressure fics. Honestly guys, they're like bonus episodes, these are absolutely not to be missed. Every character is perfectly spot on.
